Wilsons Promontory is one of Victoria’s most-loved places. At the southernmost tip of mainland Australia, it offers spectacular scenery of huge granite mountains, open forest, rainforest, sweeping beaches and coastlines. Wilsons Promontory offers a range of walking opportunities for visitors of all ages and fitness levels, taking in pristine beaches, temperate rainforest, towering sand dunes or lookouts offering spectacular panoramic views.

Tidal River is the main visitor hub for Wilsons Promontory National Park. There are many accommodation options within Tidal River, from award-winning Wilderness Retreats for a quiet getaway for one or two, to Group Lodges that can accommodate up to 30. And of course, the campground is a family favourite.

There will be shifts available across Monday to Sunday and shift times will vary dependent on the ballot periods of the park. Please note you will be required to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift in a busy environment.
